Today is World Refugee Day – and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has launched an excellent Flash-based site that tells the story of child refugees around the world. How many are there? The web address alone tells the story: www.ninemillion.org. The site offers stories of individual refugees, a public service announcement starring Ronaldo (the Brazilian football star) and (most importantly) a way to donate.
